I was sooo excited to get my Christmas present today when I got home! Daddy and Sarah got me a flash for my camera and little did I know what a difference it would make. The picture of the kids together is with the built in flash and their individual shots are with my new flash! Too cool! I can't wait to figure it all out...
The MADNESS of a working mom and keeping up with the fast paced life of her family of four!

Muffins with Mom
I am so thankful to work at a campus that truly tries to adapt to a family first philosophy! My administrators covered my first hour+ to allow me to go to Muffins with Mom at Mandy's school. It was great to be able to go for her, when she found out I was getting to go she said "OH THANK YOU MOMMY!" It just melted my heart! I am truly blessed to have that enthusiasm in my life. We had juice and muffins and filled out a sheet about Mommy which was entertainment in itself. Love my girl! So thankful she is at such a wonderful school full of love and patience! And ofcourse she had to ask Mrs. Monica to take a picture with her to which Mrs. Monica kindly replied, "ofcourse." Gage was being a little shy but he was sweet with his Mama too, so glad he and Mandy get to be in class together.

Happy Birthday Grandma
HAPPY NEW YEARS!!
Our friends Jennifer and Jake hosted us at their house for New Years this year...just up the road and we had a wonderful time! Ok, so I put my camera up pretty early for new years so some pictures I have and some were sent to me. I jsut missed Mandy and her marshmallow (would have been a fantastic shot!) but got Kyler's. It was a fun party with some great friends, a great new year! Hope everyone has a blessed 2010.
Girls night
All the Goulding girls were at our house for a sleepover Tuesday night. They had so much fun together with minimal drama...not bad for 3 little girls! They played hard, at a great dinner, played some more, watched movies, "slept", ate their breakfast of choice (Crunch Berries!) got fancy hair and nails all before going home. They are so much fun.
Clean Puppies
The Splinter
This is the calm between the storms with Kyler. He got two splinters in two different fingers on his sleepover with Grammy and Poppy. He would have been perfectly content to leave them there! We tried many different strategies to get them out...Grammy and Poppy tried, Mama and Daddy tried, Gran and Papa tried all to no avail! This is one of the many hiding places Kyler got pulled out of for us to get these little devils out...it came down to letting him go to bed with them in and me getting them out when no one else was here. Let me tell you...I didn't know how strong 5 year olds can be when they are scared!!! Mandy did NOT like her brother being upset or hurting, she kept bringing things for him to hold and trying everything she could think of to make him feel better. What a sweet little sister!

Goulding Christmas Lunch
We hosted the Goulding Family Christmas lunch at our house this year and I think it went very well. The cousins all had a great time playing, eating and opening gifts while the adults had a good time visiting and watching! I think all the kids loved their gifts and showed excitement. It was a wonderful Christmas!

Christmas Morning...

Santa came! And brought lots of goodies...we had to wake the kids up to do our Christmas before our Goulding Christmas lunch. I guess we lucked into one more Christmas before being woken at the crack of dawn to see what Santa brought. Uncle Todd was here with us and the kids really loved having him here with us for Christmas morning. I made monkey muffins and cheesy eggs for breakfast while the kids, Daddy and Uncle Todd went to play in the snow. We had a wonderful Christmas morning and I feel so happy to have such a great little family!
