HELP!!!!!!!

Well, two days in a row now Mandy has worn panties, her only accident was last night when Daddy got home from hunting...thank God it was on the kitchen floor. Today she has done awesome...Ready for the catch?????? We went to dinner tonight with Aunt Kelly , Uncle Shawn and our cousins and she wouldn't change into anything else. So I made her go before we left and our potty train at the restaurant is one longer now but we made it home with no accidents(Whew!). I got her ready to put jammies on and she won't do the diaper! I finally got the diaper on and she is doing everything in her power to get it off including asking me to "Cut it Mama". I can't do laundry of sheets everyday, I am just not ready. Any suggestions?
