Whew! Turkey Days....

We started out with lunch at Grammy and Poppy's house, playing with Aunt Lisa, Uncle Mark, cousin Sydney and their friends Mrs. Christy and Mr. Denny. It took the cousins a few minutes to warm up but it wasn't long before they were play like pros. They colored, played with toys, played shooting games and Chutes and Ladders (a new one for all of us). The kids did great and we all went running for cameras and doors when Poppy came and told us it was snowing!!!! Can you believe it? Just two days before it was 84 degrees outside. Leave it to Texas...

Next we went to Aunt Kelly's for dinner (It was awsome!). There was a houseful and it really felt like like the holidays. The kids ofcouse had a blast running and playing like crazy, they wore the indian headresses that Aunt Kelly helped them make and ate on the placemats that Aunt Erica did with them! The grownups visited and the boys had hunting and football on the tv. Are you surprised?

Today we went to Paw Paw's house for a light lunch and visiting. It was nice. We visited, played, ate and took naps! How thankful we are that we have so much wonderful family close by to spend holidays with!
